JAWHAR 1D MONSOON TOUR (July–October)

INTRODUCTION

Jawhar is a historical hill station located in the Palghar District of Maharashtra, also known as the mini-Mahabaleshwar of Maharashtra. It is a place with abundant natural beauty and several waterfalls. Preserving numerous picturesque views, this hill town is loaded with tourist attractions and exotic beauty of flora and dense cover of forest. Jawhar is known for Warli art. Warli paintings are strangely ascetic, unlike other colorful folk paintings of India. 

NOTE: A minimum capacity of 8-10 persons is required for the event to be conducted.

ITINERARY

  • 09:30 AM: Visit Jawhar and meet tourism personnel
  • 10:00 AM: Have breakfast and then proceed to Jai Sagar Dam and Jai Vilas Palace.
  • 11:30 AM: Khad-Khad Dam and Khad-Khad Waterfall visit.
  • 01:30 PM: Taste local cuisines (veg)
  • 02:30 PM: Hiradpada and Dabhosa Waterfall visit.
  • 04:00 PM: Warli Painting workshop @ (extra cost – Rs.150/-)
  • 05:00 PM: Visit Hanuman Point, Sunset Point, and Shirpamal.
  • 06:00 PM: Tea biscuit and bye-bye with sweet memories.
