Jawhar Tourism is the brainchild for Vaibhav. An extremely qualified person with a background in Engineering and MBA in operation left his comfy Mumbai job to come and do good for the people of Jawhar. Helping with his birthplace with Infrastructure, Jobs, Visibility and development opportunity. It is a personal mission of Mr Vaibhav to do not only do good for Jawhar but develop a reproducible model which can be applied for all placed in not just Maharastra but help all Villages of India. He is the man with Grand Vision and has skills and ambition to get it done. Jawhar tourism is not his first stint with social welfare. He has founded numerous SHG and is president of Late B.N Gholap Foundation

Handing everything from Marketing and I.T. of business to their home life, Pooja is a jack of all trades. Having studies I.T. Engineering, she applies the knowledge to the business. Managing elements from marketing to the website. She’s the invisible force in the background, making it all happen.
